Gianni has a degree in literature and has been at the helm of Tesi & testi since founding the company in 1995. In 2005, he published the book L’industria della traduzione, which became a leading reference on the translation industry in Italy.

He writes articles about the translation industry and speaks at seminars and conferences in Italy and abroad.

For Tesi & testi, he publishes Brainfood 2.0 (Brainfood from 2008 to 2016) as a sort of observatory into the worlds of translation and business communication.
